If you cancel your booking:
• 7 days before travel – Full refund
• 3–7 days before travel – 50% refund
• Less than 3 days – No refund
If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, customers will receive:
• A full refund OR
• Option to reschedule
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
